What skills and experience we're looking for

A level 3 childcare qualification or Early Years degree is essential for this role.

This role will involve working directly with children, sometimes solely with the nursery group, and sometimes sharing learning with our reception children. You will be part of a supportive team of Early Years staff. You will be given time to plan for the nursery children using the EYFS framework and school curriculum documents which we have devised to meet the needs of our children. The school administrator will organise administration of the nursery, working closely with you.
