Our client specialises in helping growth-ambitious SMEs turn their digital presence into a powerful engine for business growth through effective Digital Marketing strategies. Their tailored campaigns focus on acquiring and converting prospective customers using SEO, targeted PPC, and high-converting web design.

Their mission is to partner with ambitious businesses to achieve significant growth, and they're now looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to help them take their own business to the next level. You'll be stepping into a warm and supportive environment where the groundwork has been laid, allowing you to focus on converting leads rather than generating them.

The company offers a lead-driven sales process where there's no cold calling, as the marketing team takes care of lead generation, allowing you to focus on engaging with prospects and closing deals.

Are you the right person for the job?

- 2-3 years experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or related industry

- Proven success in consultative solution-based selling

- Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills - able to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn - able to grasp new concepts and keep up with the latest digital marketing trends

- A team player who is energised, a self-starter, and ambitious

- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets

- Based in or within reasonable commuting distance of East Lancashire

What will your role look like?

- Professionally manage and convert inbound sales leads generated by the marketing team

- Follow the company's proven sales process from initial contact through to closing

- Engage with prospective clients in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and aligning our services with their growth objectives

- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our client's solutions

- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to ensure your sales strategies align with the overall business objectives
