We are hosting a Cook Recruitment Open Day in May at our beautiful Blackwood Forest location, nestled in the heart of Hampshire woodland. We’re currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time Cooks to join our vibrant Forest Retreat team.

About the Cook Role
Open all year round, our Cooks are at the heart of the Forest Retreat—our hub that includes the reception, shop, bar, and restaurant. You’ll be key to ensuring our guests have a warm welcome and a delicious experience.
We're looking for passionate, food-loving individuals who thrive in a busy kitchen and love delivering exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for
A Typical Day Might Include:
Preparing and cooking all food orders with care and attention to quality and presentation.
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Maintaining spotless kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning routines.
Playing your part in creating a memorable guest experience.

You're someone who understands how all the little details make a holiday special. You know great food is part of a great experience—and you take pride in every dish. Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage setting is essential. You’ll also need to be a team player who’s confident working solo when needed.
Please note: A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
