About the School:
A well-established mainstream secondary school in the Ealing area of West London, are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to work through the mainstream and SEN units of the school. A high achieving, dynamic environment putting a focus on students' performance and thorough support.

About the role - Teaching Assistant:
Providing 1:1 support and assistance to students throughout the school aged 11 - 16. Working alongside talented teachers, Behaviour support team and supportive senior leaders, the role is ideal for someone looking to support young people looking to gain confidence and life-skills while at school.
The role will consist of:
- Offering support to the class teacher.
- Provide support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans.
- Building good student - teacher rapport.
The successful applicants will have:
- Previous experience working with Autism, Speech Language and Communication difficulties.
- Previous experience managing challenging behaviour.
- Ideally experience working with children and/or young people.
- Valid and enhanced child or child and adult DBS check.
To be eligible for this role you must have an Enhanced Child or Child & Adult Workforce barred list DBS Certificate registered on the update service.
