Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills? Do you enjoy being the first point of contact in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for aSwitchboard Operator to be the welcoming voice of our organisation!
As a Switchboard Operator, you’ll be the first point of contact for callers, providing a warm and professional greeting while efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. You’ll also support general administrative tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Answering calls in a timely fashion and directing to the correct extensions, also with pager and bleep systems.
Providing information to callers. Dealing with emergency calls and various alarms, taking appropriate actions for each.
The day-to-day provision of effective, efficient, quality telecommunications service to the Homerton University Hospital Trust.
