Crynodeb
Delivery and organisation of evidence-based, direct clinical care to patients, through all parts of the department, sharing equally in the workload and involving a multi-disciplinary workforce; to support other members of staff in doing so also. Provide clinical leadership, improve the patient experience and ensure the highest quality clinical care. To liaise effectively and on a timely basis with General Practitioners, community services, and all healthcare agencies. To have regard at all times to the clinical and quality standards set out in relevant NHS guidance and the Care Quality Commission, including the 18 weeks waiting time standard.
