Role: Children Support Worker
Location: Community-based – Chester & Surrounding Areas
Pay Rate: From £13.00 per hour + Holiday Pay & Pension
Welcome Bonus: £250 after successful 3-month probation
Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required

About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate Children Support Workers to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing care and companionship to children in their own homes through short visits.

• Weekday shifts typically begin after school hours
• Morning and midday shifts are available on weekends
• Additional support is required during school holidays and half-terms

As a Children Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and complex care requirements. You will help them develop key life skills, build self-confidence, and participate in activities tailored to their needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum age: 18
• At least 6 months’ experience in a care setting
• Previous experience working with children is essential
• Compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy individuals
• Full right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
