36.25 hours per week | Includes every 2nd Saturday with a day off during the week

We’re delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected third-party client for a Temporary Customer Service Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team where your initiative, enthusiasm, and communication skills will be highly valued.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Delivering best-in-class service through warm, effective, and efficient interactions
- Thinking on your feet to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
- Meeting and exceeding internal service level KPIs
- Collaborating with team members and supporting store teams as needed
Systems & Skills:
- Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems
- Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and maintaining accurate customer records

- A true team player who works well with others
- Customer-obsessed with a calm, solution-focused attitude
- Able to stay focused under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about creating positive customer journeys
