Summary


An opportunity has arisen for the chance to join our diabetes clinical nurse specialist team. The post holder will work as part of the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust, Specialist Diabetes Nursing Team.

This is an opportunity to work as a member of a specialist multidisciplinary team comprising consultants, nurses, dietitians, and support staff to develop an innovative integrated service.

An opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist has become available to join the Diabetes & Endocrinology Team at the University Hospitals of Derby & Burton (UHDB). We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who wishes to become part of a successful team working across Derby and East Staffordshire.

The role includes working across the different services the Diabetes Specialist Nurses cover.

The service covers community clinics at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital and the Diabetes Centre at Queens Hospital Burton; inpatient reviews on both sites; foot clinic at the Royal Derby Hospital; pump clinic, antenatal clinic and renal clinic.

It is an opportunity to develop your interest in diabetes and support a growing team of Nurse Specialists.
