Male personal assistant needed for male with Autism in Nailsea.
Support with routine management, accessing the community safely and managing and maintaining nutrition.
Support needed:
- Support with personal care
- Assistance applying barrier cream / steroid cream to support the healing of skin and maintenance of skin
- Support to manage diet and make healthy eating choices
- Going for walks and light exercise for weight loss
- Support to keep on top of household chores
- Ensuring home safety - previous carer took advantage of this individual's kind nature
- Support and encouragement to attend group and make friends in the community
Hourly rate: £16.47 for self-employed.
