Mosborough Primary School is on the lookout for a teacher who feels confident they could match our high expectations and passion for learning both with the children and as a member of our team! The position is initially for a year pending a financial review.We are a larger than average school, situated in the village of Mosborough. We are a warm welcoming school in the heart of the local community. We are proud of our energetic and enthusiastic children and supportive families. We ensure we provide them with inspiring opportunities to learn, delivered by highly skilled teachers and teaching assistants.

The role is open to recently qualified teachers. The school prides itself on being a teacher learning community and promises the successful applicant high quality professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of all pupils in your class.
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including teaching assistants and other professionals, to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships and keeping them informed of their child's progress.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings, INSET days, and potentially leading extracurricular activities.
• Uphold the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
We are looking for a teacher who:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching and learning strategies.
• Is passionate about working with primary-aged children and committed to their development.
• Is creative, innovative, and able to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Is a strong team player and able to work collaboratively.
• Is reflective and committed to their own professional development.
