As our Special School Nurse Practitioner, you'll be ahealth heroand a vital role model, inspiring healthy habits and delivering exceptional care. You'll partner with our supportive Team Lead, contributing to the smooth and effective running of a service that puts children first.
Managing your own diverse caseload across two school sites, you'll become a trusted face for students with complex health needs, utilising your clinical skills to develop personalised care plans that empower them to engage with their education.
This isn't just about individual care; you'll also be a key player in our proactive health promotion initiatives. Collaborating with the wider school health team, you'll ensure all pupils have equal access to vital health information, enabling them to make informed choices and build a foundation for a healthy future.
Important Note:This is a term-time only contract, offering a fantastic work-life balance with 18.75 hours per week, following a convenient two-week pattern:
• Week 1:Thursday & Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
• Week 2:Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Inform & Influence:Provide vital health insights for EHCPs and conduct key RHA assessments.
Champion Wellbeing:Proactively safeguard children, embedding their welfare in every action and upholding all safeguarding policies.
