Summary
Training in production of all yeast bread products,savoury and sweet products produced in bakery based in Dingwall.This position is also covered by Scottish Bakers and further training will be assessed by their training officer resulting in a trade association recognition.
Depending on age start times and shift hours to be arranged.Present hours for fully qualified bakers start at 03.30am and finishes 12 noon.
A further oppertunity to pursue a confectionary based career may be possible.
