The role is to sit across two departments: ECF (Early Career Framework) and TDA (Teacher Degree Apprenticeship) within the Xavier Teaching School Hub, with the intention for two days to be spent on the TDA and 3 days on the ECF.What we’re looking for: Qualified Teacher StatusPassionate interest in educational researchExperience in supporting Early Career and developing teachersExperience of successfully designing and leading the delivery of a school wide learning and teaching programme/ITT professional studies programme/CPDPlease view the attached job description and person specification for full details.
