Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in a supportive care home environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated nurse to join their night shift team at a welcoming care home in Bradford. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support throughout the night, ensuring residents receive the best possible treatment in a safe and comfortable setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse Qualification – RGN or RMN with a valid UK NMC registration
- Experience – Previous experience within a Nursing Home
- Clinical Knowledge – Strong understanding of nursing procedures and best practices
- Health & Safety Awareness – Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Compassion & Dedication – A caring and empathetic approach to patient care
- Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' health, record vital signs, and update medical records
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery
- Provide guidance to residents and their families on health management
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed documentation and handover reports
