What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for teachers that:
• Have SEND experience or the want to develop skills and knowledge to support SEND pupils
• Are dedicated to the welfare, safeguarding and progress of every child
• Are committed to providing outstanding learning experiences to develop communication and independence skills
• Are able to remain calm and supportive under pressure
• Can lead a team of T.A’s to successfully support pupil needs
• Are passionate, creative and have excellent communication skills

We require class teachers for our outstanding special school to start from September (or earlier if available for induction and training).
Northway is split across multiplesites;Primary sites = Rec & KS1Mill Hill NW7 3HS and KS2High Barnet EN5 2BY. Secondary site in Mill Hill NW7 2BU (opening September 2025)
