Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse client population.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
Supervise and mentor junior occupational therapists and support staff.
Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices in the field.
Requirements
A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current registration with the relevant professional body.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a senior role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:30
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.91
