Fabricator Assembler Pay Rate: Circa £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

A well-known manufacturing business specialises in the design and production of bespoke air movement and ventilation solutions. With a strong focus on quality and reliability, they support a wide range of industrial sectors by supplying custom-built products tailored to specific performance and space requirements. They are currently looking for a skilled Fabricator Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team in Ferndown. This is a hands-on role where you will be working with light gauge sheet metal to build high-quality assemblies used across a variety of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating fabrication machinery including guillotines and press brakes
- Folding sheet metal to tight tolerances (0.8mm to 1.2mm)
- Drilling and riveting components
- Assembling individual sheet metal panels into complete fan housings
- Working to production drawings and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar fabrication or assembly role
- Competency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- A good eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and willing to learn new skills
