Job Description

Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC042421. It was established by Dundee City Council in July 2011 to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city.

You will be working as part of Leisure & Culture Dundee Leisure Attendant team on a Fulltime basis which will include evenings and weekend working. You will be required to work across Leisure & Culture Dundee facilities, including Olympia, Lochee, St Paul’s Swim & Sport, Grove Swim & Sport and Harris Swim & Sport.

Requirements

2 National 4 Passes or equivalent or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

You will have a day-to-day responsibility for effectively addressing operational issues, health & safety matters and customer-focused facilities, services & activities relating to Leisure Attendant roles & duties at the Olympia Leisure Centre.

The Individual

You must have excellent communication skills to work within a team and have the ability to organise pool sessions and your time effectively while following Health and Safety guidelines, Safe Systems of Work and complete Daily Checklists as part of your duties. Experience in cleaning following COSHH and Health & Safety procedures.

You will be approachable, reliable and have the ability to motivate others. You will be required to work variable hours including weekends and must attend programmed staff training sessions.
