Role Overview
The Nursery is seeking a passionate and qualified Montessori Teacher to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for creating a calm, engaging Montessori environment that supports the developmental needs of children aged 2 to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain an orderly, clean, and stimulating Montessori environment
- Observe, guide, and assess each child’s development, providing individualised learning experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain records in line with EYFS and Montessori methods
- Work collaboratively with other team members to uphold high standards of care and education
Requirements for Montessori Teacher
- Montessori qualification (Level 3)
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Experience working in a Montessori or EYFS setting
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
