Crynodeb
Provide administration and assistance to the workstream from initiation to completion to support the Workstream Lead deliver on time and within scope for the EPR Programme. Provide support with monitoring Workstream performance, devise and provide regular reports to Workstream Lead, and other key stakeholders on progress as applicable To methodically and systematically capture requirements as deemed necessary for the EPR programme and to update and retrieve information as and when required. To help review, collate, upload, process and manipulate related data sets across all clinical and administrative systems, including locally adapted databases, as well as submit data in formats specified by the EPR programme. Engage with key stakeholders across both Trusts to support the activity as required. Provide and support the management and clinical teams by extracting and analysing data from a number of data collection systems. Use of a variety of tools including Excel and Trust Patient Management Systems (PAS) to produce clear data presented in appropriate formats. To have an active role in the collation of information and review the requirements. Identify opportunities in line with EPR programme data requirements and definitions. Work to strict deadlines to ensure the required information is accurately maintained and reports produced. Escalate issues, risks and programme decisions through the escalation structure as required. Record documentation using Oracle Health Portal and EPR MS Teams. Supporting with capturing Lessons Learnt and update and maintain records.
