My client is seeking a skilled Interim Development Chef with expertise in pastry and chilled desserts for specific projects across various food areas within the business, such as Bakery, Chocolate, Dairy, Chilled Desserts, and Inclusions. This part-time role, requiring three days a month (flexible days), is based in Yorkshire with potential travel to other UK sites (all expenses covered).
As the Development Chef, you will be hands-on in creating innovative products to showcase to customers. To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
– Previous experience as a Development Chef focusing on dessert products.
– A genuine passion for creativity in pastry, chilled desserts, confectionery, and dairy.
