About the Role
Our client, a well-established window company based in Walkden (M28), is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations in a busy office environment. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of a business.
Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this Office Administrator will include:
Handling general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
Answering calls and emails, dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Assisting with ordering materials and products from suppliers
Supporting basic accounting and invoicing functions – QuickBooks experience is desirable but not essential
Maintaining records, filing, and data entry
Liaising with team members to support job scheduling and customer updates
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate for this Office Administrator will possess:
Previous experience in an office/admin role
Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus but not essential
Willingness to work flexibly as hours may vary to start
