Are you a newly qualified GP within the last two years and not yet in a substantive post looking for a dynamic and supportive environment to start your career? This role, initially funded through ARRS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme, is fixed term but will be reviewed based on ongoing funding. Its an excellent chance to gain a diverse range of experiences in primary care while contributing to the health and well-being of the Central and South Knowsley community. Your Role and Responsibilities As a valued GP in our network, youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care while enjoying a supportive and innovative environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations, providing expert care tailored to patient needs. Prescribing treatments in line with local and national guidelines and conducting home visits as required. Managing essential administrative tasks efficiently, such as referrals, prescription approvals, and results processing. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-focused care. Supporting Extended Hours services, enhancing patient accessibility and care delivery. Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to quality and outcomes frameworks.
