Reporting to the Area Catering Support Manager, they will work with, coordinate menus, liaise with the client and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and supervise the staff restaurant. · Develop and coordinate menus in collaboration with the Cook and Area Catering Support Manager · Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. · Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. · Recruit, train, and manage catering colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork. · Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. · Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. · Supporting the Area Catering Support Manager in the delivery of action plans to ensure a consistent, service led operation to our clients. Desired skills: · Proven experience in a similar role. · Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. · Excellent organisational and time-management skills. · Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset. Food Hygiene Level 2 required. Level 2 required and DBS valid with 12 months
