Are you a people person who loves chatting, sharing ideas, and helping others feel inspired?

We are a well established, friendly, independent furniture store looking for someone just like you to join our team! The Hatfields sales team are an integral part of the ongoing exceptional service and shopping experience we offer our customers, therefore, the successful applicant will be committed to maintaining our high standards.

Product training will be provided

About the Role:

This isn’t your typical sales job. We’re all about helping customers turn their house into a home. You’ll be:

Welcoming customers into our beautiful showroom
Offering friendly advice and inspiration for their home styling
Helping them find the perfect pieces of furniture
Creating a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience
About You:

We’re looking for someone who:

Is confident and comfortable talking to all kinds of people
Has some experience working in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, etc.)
Genuinely enjoys helping others and has an eye for interiors
Is reliable, friendly, and a real team player
