Crynodeb

You'll be responsible for invoicing, spreadsheet production, and general site administration, playing a vital part in the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive admin support to the site team, including operations and commercial departments.

  • Assist with invoicing, processing payment applications, and tracking costs.

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project metrics.

  • Coordinate document control, filing, and distribution of key project documents.

  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding timesheets, delivery notes, and invoices.

  • Support health & safety documentation, site records, and compliance paperwork.

  • Handle general administrative duties such as managing emails, meeting minutes, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar site adminstation role
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with invoicing processes and commercial document management
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment
Desirable:
  • Experience on a civils or infrastructure project.

  • Familiarity with construction management software

  • Knowledge of NEC contracts or construction payment processes.
