We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for today and for a new era of building.To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Hub Team Leader to come and join our team at Lodge Lane, WS11 0XTAbout the role:The Hub Team is responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity across our CRM and ERP systems by performing validations on opportunities, accounts, and price approvals entered into the CRM system. They conduct regular data reviews, resolve discrepancies, and work closely with our External Sales Team to maintain high data quality and compliance. The Hub Team Leader oversees these daily operations, ensuring tasks are effectively managed, workflows run smoothly, and performance is consistently monitored through KPI reporting.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Hub Team, providing direction and support as needed.Monitor Workflow and Productivity: Continuously track team workflow to ensure deadlines and targets are met, adjusting as necessary to improve performance.Performance Tracking: Regularly run and analyse reports to monitor the team's progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement.Conduct 1:1s and Goal Setting: Hold regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set individual development goals.Data-Driven Insights: Use KPI data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve team efficiency and outcomes.Procedure Management: Oversee the management and regular updating of team procedures, ensuring they remain current and effective.Identify Improvement Opportunities: Proactively assess current workflows and processes to identify areas for optimisation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Primary Point of Contact: Act as the first line of support for resolving operational issues, ensuring swift resolution to minimise disruption.Onboarding and Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate onboarding for new team members and ensure ongoing knowledge sharing across the team to maintain skill levels.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to clearly convey instructions, expectations, and feedback to team members and stakeholders.Organisational Expertise: Proven ability to organise and manage team tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to deadlines.Problem-Solving Abilities: Skilled in identifying and resolving operational issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to team productivity.Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy and precision, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and in compliance with company procedures and policies.Adaptability and Process Implementation: Ability to embrace change and implement new processes effectively, ensuring the team transitions smoothly during changes.Team Motivation and Empowerment: Capable of inspiring and empowering team members, fostering a positive, productive work environment where everyone is encouraged to perform their best.Desirable Skills:Knowledge of CRM SystemsAble to use Microsoft Office Word and PowerPointGood Knowledge of ExcelUnderstanding of ERP Systems (Preferably J D Edwards)Think you can make a difference?
