Operations Support Agent – Snetterton
Contract Personnel are looking for an Operations Support Agent for our global client based in Snetterton. This would suit someone with a confident phone manner and experience in customer service.
How does the day-to-day look?
• Handling escalated or more complex depot and customer issues.
• Coordinating team activities or those of agency contract staff.
• Supporting supervisor or manager activities,
• Supporting the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.
• Air Network Support and Control, Ramp/Air Operations, Ramp & Gateway Operations, Air Feeder Linehaul
• Knowledge of Road Networks
• Providing Operational Support
• Carrying out General Customer Service, Location Based Customer Service
• Operational Administration & Sort Support & Trace
• Management; Reporting
You will have:
• Similar experience (1-3 years)
• Accuracy & Attention to Detail
• Microsoft Office & PC Skills
• Planning & Organizing Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem Solving Skills
• Secondary education
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40hr week. One Saturday in four paid at time and a half. Main Hours: 11:00 – 19:00. However, you will be required to cover other team members on two other shifts 06:00 – 14:00 and 09:00 – 17:00
Pay rate: £13.42 Per hour
