As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll deliver person-centred support to tenants residing in our Extra Care Schemes. You’ll empower tenants to maintain or improve their independence, support them with accessing specialised support, and deliver health and wellbeing activities.

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out pre- and post-void inspections.
• Supporting the Extra Care Scheme Manager to let properties and minimise void times.
• Accompanying prospective tenants on visits to properties and handling all pre-tenancy and tenancy documentation.
• Ensuring tenant and building safety by carrying out relevant checks and maintenance.
• Supporting the extra care scheme manager with the day-to-day running of the scheme.
• Carrying out daily welfare checks of tenants.
• Working with tenants to produce personalised support and wellbeing plans.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in social housing.
• Great customer service and communications skills.
• A housing or social care qualification would be ideal.
