Crynodeb
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Local Authorities (LAs). Serve as the primary point of contact for each of our purchasers. Understand commissioner needs and identify proactive solutions. Address concerns and collaborate with operations teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Manage commissioner expectations by proactively addressing potential issues. Prepare regular account performance reports for senior management. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations based on industry knowledge. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Complete clinically informed assessments as part of new business development. Liaise with both senior management and operational teams to implement improvement strategies.
