Crynodeb
Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of patients across a broad range of conditions and ages. Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice and according to local and national guidelines. Undertake face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations, including home visits when required. Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care. Manage minor illnesses Triage patients and manage same-day demand efficiently. Provide health education, disease prevention advice, and lifestyle support. Contribute to clinical governance, audits, service improvement, and protocols. Supervise and support junior staff and trainees where appropriate.
