Applications are invited for a Junior Clinical Fellow (Foundation Year 2 equivalent) post covers a vacancy in Vascular Surgery.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to experience working in a busy teaching hospital.

Post length: Immediate start to 05-Aug-2025

During normal working days you will be based in the department of Vascular Surgery and you will be responsible for the care of our inpatients under the supervision of our core trainees, middle grades and consultants. You will be expected to supervise our FY1 trainees and medical students, attend our weekly departmental teaching programme organised by our middles grades and present cases at our monthly departmental morbidity and mortality meeting. There will be the opportunity to attend a limited number of outpatient clinics and theatre lists if desired. There is also a commitment to day, evening and night shifts covering new admissions and inpatients for General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery and Urology.
