Full Time Caretaker / Ranger
Driving license and able to drive manual transmission -essential
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm 37.5 hours per week
£12.97 per hour
Based on the outskirts of the city
On-going temporary
Property Ranger's required to work across a variety of residential and commercial properties,as a Property Ranger the work will involve cleaning, general building and grounds maintenance . Candidates will ideally have some property care-taking experience or maintanence experience and a flexible approach to work.
Property Ranger duties include -
- Cleaning
- Ground maintanence
- Basic maintenance
- Moving furniture
- Painting
