Exciting opportunity full time 37.5 hours per week post.
The East Kent Urgent Treatment Centre Alliance is an innovative collaboration between five very experienced providers of Urgent Care in East Kent to deliver a unique collaboration which puts the patient and service at the heart of our operations.
From September 2020 we have been commissioned to provide four Urgent Treatment Centres at William Harvey Hospital, Ashford, Kent & Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury, Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate and Buckland Hospital, Dover.

The UTC is a 365 day a year service
The role is for 37.5 hours per week working 12 hour shifts the shift time is 07.45-20:15, shifts are allocated on a rota basis
To greet all patients and visitors on arrival to the Urgent Treatment Centre
To ensure all patients are booked in correctly in a timely manner
Highlighting any discrepancies on data or poor quality issues
To answer the telephone, adhering to the Trust telephone standard
To communicate and liaise with other members of the Hospital and Alliance
To assist senior staff with ad-hoc projects as required

As of 9th April, we can only sponsor candidates for a Skilled Worker Visa for band 2/3 roles if we can demonstrate that we were unsuccessful in recruiting a candidate who does not require a visa. Given this change, it is unlikely that we will be able to sponsor any candidates for a Skilled Worker Visa for this role.
