Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing, successful domestic and commercial plumbing and heating company based in County Durham.

We provide a wide range of services in both a domestic and commercial setting, including schools, community centres, a national hotel chain, factories and churches. This offers a great variety in the work we do, and an excellent opportunity to gain experience and training in a broad range of mechanical services.
The ideal candidate will need to be punctual, hardworking, courteous and must work to the highest standard, whilst always working to maintain our reputation and ensure the customer is satisfied with the work we do.
We require a time served plumber and Heating Engineer, with domestic experience in both heating and bathroom installations. Commercial experience would also be desirable, but full training would be given to the right candidate.
Duties
- Boiler installations and servicing
- Reactive and proactive maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Carry out CP12
- Bathroom / Shower room fitting and refurbishments
- General plumbing maintenance
Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- Time served (must have gone through apprenticeship routeway)
- CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, CKR1, Unvented Hot water systems
- Experience in commercial plumbing and heating is desirable, but not essential
- Experience with LPG and oil is desirable, but not essential
- Enhanced Disclosure (arranged by the company, due to working in close proximity to vulnerable people)
- Call out rota 1 week in four (enhanced pay whilst on call out)
