What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing surfaces like a pro.
- Applying specified materialswith precision using brushes,rollers and spray applications.
- Restoring damaged or weathered areas with skill and care.
- Installing wallpaper to client specifications.
- Working safely at heights - ladders, scaffolds, and access platforms will be part of the job.
- Keeping workspaces clean, tools in top shape, and clients smiling.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to get the job done right - and on time.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- A solid background in painting and decorating.
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
- Great communication skills - with clients and your fellow team members.
- The ability to work independently, but thrive as part of a team that supports and motivates each other.
- A positive, honest approach and can-do attitude.
- Experience working at height (essential).
- A valid driver's license and CSCS card? Even better!
