Heritage Portfolio is looking for a dynamic leader to join its team based in Edinburgh and working across the east of Scotland.

Heritage Portfolio specialises in delivering outstanding catering and event services for cultural destinations, offering exceptional “in house” café services at some of Britain’s leading visitor attractions. We operate across 11 iconic and prestigious venues in Scotland, including the breathtaking Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, the historic Signet Library, the majestic Dundas Castle, the enchanting Mansfield Traquair, and the renowned Perth and Musselburgh Racecourses.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrable experience managing operations in the events and hospitality industry
  • Strong commercial background with responsibility for managing multisite P and L
  • A love of food and beverage and a passion for hospitality
  • A commitment to safety and compliance to ensure a secure environment for our employees and customers
  • Experience and understanding of event costings and design of events
  • Experience in assisting with creating a sales and marketing plan
  • A competent communicator with the ability to present to colleagues, peers, and clients
  • Evidence of being organised and possessing excellent planning skills
  • Ability to competently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint point and Email
  • Ability to motivate a team of mixed abilities and personalities
