Full-Time: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 1pm
Part-Time: Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Arrival Electronics Limited are looking for a Telemarketing Representative to join our expanding team. This is a Temporary to Permanent role with full or part time hours available.
Telemarketing is a sales technique where representatives reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the offered product or service. This role involves initiating contact and gathering key contact information. A successful Telemarketer requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s key services/products.
• Extract and record contact details of key decision makers (such as Supply Chain Managers, Heads Of Procurement, Buyers etc).
• Update the CRM with the persons contact details including full company details if not already logged.
• Update the CRM with relevant feedback (positive or negative).
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement telemarketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role ideal but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extrovert personality with a can do attitude.
• A strong ability to handle rejections and overcome objections.
• General computer literacy skills (training will be given on the CRM).
• Well organised and efficient.
