Drive governance. Enable delivery. Be the strategic heartbeat behind transformation.

We’re looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to strengthen governance and assurance across our IS transformation journey. You’ll work across Plan & Data, Build, and Run phases — embedding performance tracking, enforcing controls, and ensuring delivery stays aligned to strategic objectives. If you’ve got a sharp eye for process, thrive in fast-paced project environments, and know what good governance looks like — this is your next step.
This role isn’t just about reporting on progress — it’s about owning the performance story, shaping delivery confidence, and ensuring that our IS teams are consistently operating at their best.

Why you’ll love this role:

You’ll operate at the core of our IS transformation, with visibility and influence across all phases of delivery. This is a role for someone who’s proactive, analytical, and thrives on making sure the moving parts all fit together.

- Governance & Assurance Provide objective assurance across Plan, Build, and Run phases — ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality in every process.
- Performance & Delivery Insight Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure performance stays on track and visible to stakeholders.
- Process Management & Controls Maintain clear documentation, drive process alignment, and support a streamlined and compliant way of working.
- Risk & Budget Oversight Operate within set budgets and risk tolerances, contributing to the overall control environment of the IS function.
- Backlog & Change Oversight Support backlog management and service transition governance, ensuring we’re delivering the right work in the right way.

What you’ll bring:

You’re organised, diligent, and able to hold people to account in a supportive but firm way. You’ll need to navigate across multiple stakeholders and workstreams — with the credibility to influence delivery leaders and functional heads.

- Strong PMO Experience – supporting large programmes with controls, documentation, and performance insight
- Governance Mindset – assurance across design authority, change management, and backlog management
- Confident Communicator – able to work with senior stakeholders and translate delivery data into action
- Tech-Savvy – comfortable using content management and collaboration platforms like SharePoint
- Detail-Driven & Organised – able to manage documentation libraries, templates, tools, and compliance tracking

Desirable: A formal qualification in project portfolio management or a PMO-related discipline.
This is your chance to step into a business-critical role where precision meets purpose. Join us — and help make every project a success.

Please note that this position will close on Monday 28th April, with interviews scheduled shortly after.
Disclaimer: While the closing date is set as mentioned, we reserve the right to close the application process earlier if necessary, depending on the unique circumstances of each role.
