Job Title: Civils Supervisor - Concrete & Formwork
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £24.14 per hour - Nights £32.10 - Weekends £36.21 - (PAYE Direct)
Job Type: Full-Time
Join our growing team on a major civils project in Birmingham. We're looking for an experienced Civils Supervisor with strong skills in concrete works and formwork to help drive progress on-site and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
This will be a long term, ongoing role starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating site operations related to concrete pours and formwork installation

Leading teams of operatives and subcontractors

Ensuring work is delivered on time, safely, and to specification

Conducting daily briefings, toolbox talks, and ensuring adherence to H&S protocols

Reporting progress to site management
Requirements:

Proven experience in civils supervision, with a focus on concrete and formwork

Gold CSCS card
-
SSSTS qualification
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
