Responsibilities
Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and moving earth or materials on construction sites.
Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired outcomes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate activities effectively.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including lubrication and minor repairs.
Report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly to the relevant personnel.
Experience
Proven experience as a Bulldozer Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Experience in digging and grading operations is essential.
A valid commercial driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
