About the role

We are looking for a passionate individual who can provide an exceptional service to both internal and external customers on a part time, temporary basis for up to 6 months. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering fast, effective solutions during the first call and supporting our planning team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Can demonstrate use of Information Technology to a high level of competence, such as Microsoft Office or equivalent, and to have a good knowledge of information database systems and applications.
Is experienced, passionate and willing to promote an excellent customer-focused service. This will be achieved whilst responding effectively and sensitively to the needs of the customer, showing patience, understanding and respect at all times.
Has a proven ability to work independently, within a team, and to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.
Has an awareness and understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations and the implications for the department.
Can work within corporate policies and an understanding and commitment to Equal Opportunities and Anti Discriminatory practice.
