Crynodeb
We have an exciting opportunity for a Finishing Manager working with a fit-out contractor in Central London who specialise in high end commercial / residential fit outs
You will be required to work on a project in the west end driving snagging / handover using A-Site software. You will be responsible for managing the process, liaising with contracts to complete defects and closing out snags upon completion.
You will be reporting to the Senior Site Manager & Project Director.
The ideal Finishing Manager must have:
- Have high end fit out experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in driving handover / snagging
- Understanding of snagging software and competent with A-Site
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
