Responsibilities

Coordinate with various care providers to ensure availability and quality of placements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all placements and communications.
Facilitate meetings and discussions between service users, families, and care providers.
Monitor the progress and satisfaction of individuals in their placements.
Provide support and guidance to individuals and families throughout the placement process.
Stay informed about regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
Requirements
Passion for social care and a commitment to enhancing individuals' well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals seeking care.
Experience in a related field is an advantage, but not essential.
Proficient in using computer software for record-keeping and communication purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.34
