**Experienced TIG Welder**

We are currently seeking a skilled Titanium Welder or an experienced TIG Welder eager to train in titanium welding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team, working on precision components in a safety and quality-driven environment.
**Key Duties:**
* Use TIG welding equipment to manufacture precision titanium parts and assemblies, following SOPs and work orders.
* Operate in an inert atmosphere (e.g., purge chamber, glovebox) to ensure welding integrity.
* Prepare and maintain equipment and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
* Support new projects and assist the Quality department with jig and fixture evaluation.
* Train other titanium welding staff, including completing training records and risk assessments.
**Role Requirements:**
* Proven experience TIG welding titanium in a purge chamber or similar setup.
* High attention to detail with a commitment to producing top-quality work.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight production schedules.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
