We are actively seeking both full-time and part-time team members, particularly looking for 2 labourer’s (Gardeners/Ground workers) and 1 Landscaper with relevant experience who can commence work immediately. Our goal is to recruit committed and hardworking individuals as we expand our operations in the area.
A CSCS card and a DBS check are required; however, if you are selected and do not possess these certifications, your earnings from the first week will be allocated to cover the costs of obtaining them once I schedule your appointments.
This presents an excellent opportunity, as I can register you for over 600 courses tailored for various job roles within our sites and commercial projects.
Additional opportunities will include NPORS certification for Dumper and Digger licenses, along with CHAS registration, opening numerous job prospects with local councils. Salary will be based on each individual's level of experience, and while a full driving license is necessary, arrangements for local pickups can be made.
This presents an excellent opportunity for people of all backgrounds to acquire valuable skills in a trade. I can provide comprehensive training; however, it's crucial to note that this position may not suit those who do not have a sincere eagerness to learn.
The role can be quite demanding, making teamwork and a strong work ethic vital. Furthermore, I do not consider candidates who frequently use their phones during work hours or who notify me at the last minute before a scheduled pickup that they cannot come to work without justifiable reasons, as this is a traditional family-run business. Uniforms will be distributed within the initial two weeks once commitment and interest are demonstrated.
Proper footwear must be worn at all times. If you are unwell, a notice of 24-48 hours is acceptable, but a doctor's sick note will be required for our records.
