Crynodeb
Daily validation and correction of RTT clock stops to ensure correct data entry , comparing data provided by the information department against data input onto the PAS system. Daily validation and correction of patients added to all of the Trust waiting lists Ensure that patient data is accurate, up-to date and inputted correctly on Trust systems. To identify where data is incorrect, identify the best method of correcting errors and preventing errors from re-occurring. Validation & audit of referrals added to PAS ensuring correct data entry including IPTAMDS Validation of Performance prior to submission. Retrieve and review patient case notes/correspondence to ascertain correct patient pathway information. Removing and re-entering data as appropriate Provide advice and guidance to admin & clerical staff re patient pathways and RTT rules. Liaise with Satellite secretaries to obtain RTT data outcomes and input onto PAS. Run the following reports from PAS, validate and action as required: Closed RTT Pathways Open Pathways Referral Closed Admissions over a period Attend weekly Assurance Meeting Obtain IPTAMDS (Inter Provide Transfer Administrative Minimum Data Set) information form, from other providers as required. Participate in changes to working practice, system functionality, policies and procedures when required Software testing of new systems and functionalities as and when required. Support the Divisional team on an adhoc basis
