Crynodeb
Independently undertake general ultrasound sessions, providing comprehensive and accurate reports. Conduct a wide variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations while maintaining high professional standards. Deliver a high-quality, patient-focused professional service. Adapt techniques for each examination to meet individual patient needs. Analyse clinical information to determine the most appropriate scanning method and technique. Work proactively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective professional practices, operation of policies, and adherence to standards. Plan, assess, deliver,and evaluate own workload in close association with the clinical lead. Participate in the induction and teaching of innovations within the clinical specialty. Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient care. Maintain expert knowledge of ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper and safe use while reporting any malfunctions. Undertake audit of practice and present results as required. Engage in ongoing CPD to maintain professional registration.
