What you’ll do:
- Be a hands on cleaner and leader, supporting your team to deliver a spotless cleaning service
- Conduct walk arounds and checks to ensure that cleaning is of a high standard
- Create a welcoming environment, for our clients, colleagues and team members
- Support cleaning team colleagues to access online training (you will be trained on how to do this)
- Have an eye for detailacross our corporate building's restrooms, kitchen areas, and office spaces
- Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required
- Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring the team has what they need to uphold your squeaky-clean standards
What you bring:
- Previous leadershipexperience is an asset, but a strong cleaning background and enthusiasm forprogression is key
- Ability to lead by example andcommunicate clearlywith the team
- A proactive attitude, willing to adapt to changing cleaning priorities and support the team as required
